Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Madison Park® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
